Intro to AC Distributors

Welcome to our first Blog entry!

For those of you who are being introduced to our company for the first time, AC Distributors is a well established distributing company that has been doing business for over 28 years; we offer optimal health and wellness solutions to achieve positive, healthy and balanced lives.

Since Loma Gibson bought out the company over a year and a half ago, AC Distributors has undergone many positive changes.
The introduction of our three exclusive lines; Bug & Pickle, Arte Filum and Outside/In Cosmetics has been a great success. All three companies are Canadian owned and operated by strong entrepreneurial women with a passion for innovative products that support a healthy lifestyle.*Be on the lookout for updates on these product lines in future blogs*

Another great step we have taken is the reduction of our footprint on the environment. Keeping in mind the three R’s of the 21st Century (Reducing, Re-using, & Recycling), here are some of the things we are doing to help:

• We have a system to recycle paper, cardboard & plastic

• We use recycled and biodegradable packing materials

• We have a thermostat to automatically control temperatures and reduce energy consumption

• All lights and machinery are turned off at the end of the day

• Our catalogue and forms are available online to save paper

• We clean our offices and warehouse with Oil Lift, an eco- friendly cleaner

• We have a water filtration system to reduce the use of bottled water

• Our product catalogue is now printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper

• We have worked with our exclusive lines to ensure product displays are made with 100% recyclable material and 65% post consumer waste
